THE CLIENT
Santa Clara County Federal Credit Union in San Jose, California, serves more than 47,000 members and has assets topping $655 million.

THE CHALLENGE
The credit union needed to boost its loan generation program and was looking for a new way to reach members with personalized loan offers.

THE SOLUTION
We designed and delivered a custom direct mail campaign featuring an eye-catching 3-in-1 “iron cross” direct mailer. Thanks to its unique, multifunctional format, the iron cross stood out from the crowd while displaying several different loan products in a single direct mail piece – making the most of a campaign budget while offering impressive return.

By using variable data, rates were personalized based on credit scores and history, ensuring members received the most competitive offers possible.

THE RESULTS
In just three months, 14,533 members were contacted and 577 new loans were generated:

183 credit cards
233 personal loans
161 auto loans

Total Loan Balances Generated:
$6,554,470.02

Total Costs:
$27,086.79
