THE CLIENT
KALSEE Credit Union serves more than 20,000 members at five locations throughout in Kalamazoo, Michigan, and the surrounding areas.

THE CHALLENGE
KALSEE wanted to expand the capabilities of their current image.works’ Marketing Automation platform, which meant increasing numbers of trackable members who visit their website.

THE SOLUTION
We created an on-point email campaign that offered targeted recipients the chance to register for a prize giveaway – and become trackable in the process. The timely email was sent to current members during the holiday shopping season, and the email, landing page and registration form followed the same look and feel to offer a seamless user experience.

THE RESULTS
Out of a one-time send to 8,568 recipients:

2,211 opened the email
1,308 clicked through to the registration form
1,207 submitted the registration form

59.3% of recipients who opened the email then clicked through
92.3% of recipients who clicked through then submitted the registration form
