Marine Credit Union is a full-service financial institution that serves more than 90,000 members and has offices located in Wisconsin, Minnesota and Iowa.

The credit union needed a way to track their members and target those looking for loans in a timely manner.
THE SOLUTION
We crafted a series of dynamic, branded postcards and telemarketing scripts for the credit union. Then, using our SmartTrack platform, we helped our client identify and reach out to creditworthy members who were already shopping around for loans.
THE RESULTS
During the first five months of the campaign, the credit union saw impressive results:
- Members monitored each month: 60,000
- Number of triggers from January to May: 13,798
- Average per-month loan volume from January to May: $2.2 million
- Average conversion rate: 8% (up from 4%)
