The credit union wanted to expand the potential of their skip-a-pay promotion and streamline the sign-up process.
THE SOLUTION
Instead of creating just one piece, we developed an effective and results-driven campaign featuring coordinated messaging through multiple channels. We kept the tone fresh and fun, with custom content, dynamic QR codes, a landing page and corresponding follow-up emails that made it easy to learn more and apply.
THE RESULTS
Out of the 3,210 members who received the offer, 578 visited the landing page, and 429 of those members completed the online application.
