Kalsee Credit Union in Kalamazoo, Michigan, was founded in 1954 and currently serves more than 20,000 members.

THE CHALLENGE
The credit union wanted to reach out to existing members with a reboarding campaign that employed Marketing Automation – our innovative platform that Kalsee was already using for their monthly onboarding program.   

THE SOLUTION
We delivered an attractive and engaging campaign that encouraged recipients to open new accounts, take out new loans and upgrade their Perks status in the membership reward program.
