THE CLIENT
Nymeo, a federal credit union serving the people of Frederick and Montgomery County, Maryland, was founded in 1933 and has more than 23,000 members.

THE CHALLENGE
The credit union wanted to develop a campaign that would encourage existing members to take advantage of their readily available funds through a home equity line of credit.

THE SOLUTION
We created an attention-grabbing live letter check with personalized information throughout. Most notably, the letter featured two ready-to-cash checks for a preapproved amount.

THE RESULTS
Two months into the campaign, the numbers proved the promotion was on a path to success:

Credit line advances made by members: 105
Response rate: 23.7%
Income generated: $263,440
