Hanscom Federal Credit Union’s IP Targeting Case Study

THE CLIENT
Hanscom Federal Credit Union has been serving members since 1953 and is the fifth-largest credit union headquartered in Massachusetts.

THE CHALLENGE
With a Share Certificate special underway, Hanscom Federal Credit Union created a set of digital ads to highlight the promotion. Their goal was to increase engagement by directing the ads to specific household devices based on their IP address, but they needed help identifying the demographics that would yield the best results.

THE SOLUTION
image.works used IP targeting to help Hanscom identify and target their ideal audience. After the campaign was complete, we ran our free matchback analysis, which is offered to all IP targeting clients to help track ROI. With our expertise, Hanscom successfully promoted their Share Certificate special and attracted new members in the process.

THE RESULTS
The analysis, which compares the target audience with new sales, showed that 22 Share Certificates were opened as a direct result of the ads:

Total Funds Generated: $1,420,930
