THE CLIENT
Citizens National Bank is located in Tennessee and has been serving customers since 1973.

THE CHALLENGE
When the bank discovered that a competitor with two locations was closing, they knew it opened their door to a potential new customer base. With these displaced accountholders on the hunt for a new financial institution, Citizens National Bank enlisted the help of image.works.

THE SOLUTION
We created two IP targeting ads that placed Citizens’ name in front of these potential customers at the exact moment they were searching online for a new bank. Then, when the IP targeting campaign was complete, we ran our free matchback analysis, which is offered to all IP targeting clients to help track ROI.

THE RESULTS
The analysis, which compares the target audience with new sales, showed that 42 new accounts were opened as a direct result of the ads!
