BANK AND CREDIT UNION MARKETING

Carolina Federal Credit Union’s IP Targeting Case Study

THE CLIENT
Carolina Federal Credit Union is located near the southern border of North Carolina on the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and has been a trusted financial institution for over 50 years.

THE CHALLENGE
With a competitive auto market and a supply chain shortage resulting in a limited supply of vehicles, Carolina FCU knew they had to be strategic when it came to marketing their auto loans.

THE SOLUTION
Carolina FCU enlisted the help of image.works to create a series of IP Targeting ads that would target consumers actively shopping for auto loans. These ads then placed Carolina FCU’s great rates on new, used, recreational and refinanced vehicles in front of the consumers that mattered most.

THE RESULTS
The analysis, which compares the target audience with new sales, showed that 7 new loans were opened as a direct result of the ad!

Impressions Served: 45,462
Clicks on the Ads:
99
Click-Through Rate:
0.22% (National Average: 0.08%*)
Loans Opened: 7
Loans Generated:
$212,325.52

IN THEIR WORDS
“We were very impressed by the success of our IP Address Campaign that we partnered with image.works on. This was our first time using IP Address targeting, and we plan to use it again. Image.works helped in every step by suggesting the best options for our campaign, along with designing collateral and pulling the IP Address lists. We look forward to working with image.works again in the future.”

– Allison Brewer, Marketing and Business Coordinator, Carolina Federal Credit Union
