THE CLIENT
Located in Massachusetts, Winchester Savings Bank is a financial institution that first opened its doors in 1871.
THE CHALLENGE
The bank was upgrading their online system – which meant that things were changing, the branch was closing for a weekend, and accountholders needed to know what was happening and when. To ensure a smooth transition, the bank wanted to get the message out clearly and punctually.
THE SOLUTION
Because Winchester Savings Bank was dependent on their new core vendor for most of the details and timing of the upgrade, we knew vital information could come in late. Our goal was to build a framework that could be turned around quickly and stay on schedule.
THE RESULTS
We designed a variety of informational pieces rolled out over a few months to ensure members received the message loud and clear. We stayed flexible and adapted the plan according to the bank’s needs and new information.
IN THEIR WORDS
“We wanted a variety of methods with which to communicate our system upgrade to customers in an engaging and clear way – and image.works had a competitively priced, flexible plan we could customize however we liked. They were willing to take our ideas and make them work. And when we needed to move dates around or make changes last minute, they were flexible and turned things around quickly. image.works was an invaluable partner during our system upgrade!”
