Based in Superior, Wisconsin, Superior Choice Credit Union is a financial cooperative with branches in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.

THE CHALLENGE
As the credit union began planning their core conversion, they needed a way to keep members in the loop – especially because the upgrade was going to involve system changes and temporary branch closures.

THE SOLUTION
Hoping to hit early and often, Superior Choice Credit Union wanted a variety of pieces in an easily decipherable, eye-catching manner to inform members the core conversion was coming and share exactly how it would affect them. Our goal was to be clear and consistent in our messaging across platforms while upholding the client’s branding elements.

THE RESULTS
We effectively prepared members for the core conversion with a series of mail drops spanning several months. The campaign featured:

  • A detailed conversion booklet, FAQ letter, worksheets, postcards and more
  • An attractive, streamlined design that maintained the credit union’s branding direction
  • Concise, easy-to-read text that detailed what to expect and when
