Northfield Savings Bank (NSB) in Vermont has been serving members since 1867.
THE CHALLENGE
NSB was embarking upon a core conversion and wanted to create a campaign that prepared customers well in advance for the changes and closures occurring over the upgrade weekend.
THE SOLUTION
NSB partnered with image.works to create a variety of core conversion communications after being impressed with our extensive experience and expertise. Together, we developed detailed brochures, reminder postcards, table tents, posters and more that provided vital information regarding the system upgrade. The initial branding remained consistent throughout the project to streamline communication, and a detailed timeline ensured customers knew early and often about how the upgrade would affect them.
THE RESULTS
An array of in-branch and direct mail pieces helped ensure the core conversion messages would reach customers no matter where they were. With a timeline starting weeks before the conversion, customers were informed early and reminded more frequently as the upgrade weekend grew closer, making it easy for everyone to be on the same page.
