Northfield Savings Bank Core Conversion Case Study
THE CLIENT
Located in Massachusetts, Winchester Savings Bank is a financial institution that first opened its doors in 1871.
THE CHALLENGE
The bank was upgrading their online system, which meant that things were changing – the branch was closing for a weekend, and accountholders needed to know what was happening and when. To ensure a smooth transition, the bank wanted to get the message out clearly and punctually.
THE CLIENT
Based in Superior, Wisconsin, Superior Choice Credit Union is a financial cooperative with branches in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.
THE CHALLENGE
As the credit union began planning their core conversion, they needed a way to keep members in the loop – especially because the upgrade was going to involve system changes and temporary branch closures.
THE CLIENT
Lehigh Valley Educators Credit Union, based in Allentown, Pennsylvania, was planning to upgrade their core computer system. This meant their branches, electronic services and call center would be closed for a long weekend. More than 16,000 members needed to know what was happening when, how to plan ahead, and why this was a necessary measure.
