New year, new marketing plans – image.works is welcoming 2023 with excitement!

We made it through the pandemic, and I’m proud that we didn’t have to lay anyone off. Although the recent instability in interest rates has affected us – home loan ads are not as common now – we’ve seen an increase in ads for deposit accounts. Our Marketing Automation platform, which tracks visitors to your website and sends auto-triggered emails, is doing well, and direct mail continues to attract attention.

The really big thing right now is digital marketing. Growth there is off the charts! Our team is doing a phenomenal job, and Logical Position is a fantastic partner. We’re thrilled to be back at conferences! The Financial Brand was fantastic. Our networking event was the most highly attended ever, and we had the opportunity to show off our digital prowess by performing an assessment for a potential client on the fly. They were impressed because another marketing agency required weeks to respond to an assessment request.

With 37 employees and 783 clients, image.works successfully completes roughly 2,500 projects per year. I’m proud of how we work as a team and help each other out, whether it’s brainstorming campaign ideas, collaborating on creative copy and design, covering for team members who are out or even jumping in to meet a deadline. We’ve added a second copy editor due to the volume of marketing materials we’re creating now, and we continue to provide our clients with complimentary proofreading, free copywriting on most projects and unlimited proofs and design time.

Our team works hard but likes to have fun too.
