Aspire Federal Credit Union, located in Clark, New Jersey, used image.works’ cross-media marketing platform for their recent skip-a-pay promotion.
Aspire FCU’s website utilizes dynamic, easy-to-use features, such as a countdown clock to their next big promotion, live chat with their representatives and a frequently updated blog. When looking at their options for their next skip-a-pay promotion, a cross-media marketing campaign from image.works was a great way to build on the user-friendly, technology-based connection they already have with their members. image.works created a campaign that reflected Aspire’s clear and interactive communication style. With direct mail and follow-up email blasts, we were able to reach over 2,000of Aspire’s members with multiple hits.
A big part of Aspire’s success was the use of personalized websites (PURLs) included on the direct mail letter, as well as dynamic QR codes and follow-up emails. The PURLs used recipients’ own names to grab attention and made it easy for members to find out more information. Plus, with the QR codes and email follow-ups, all members had to do was follow the link and they were taken directly to their personalized landing page. A full 17% of recipients visited their personalized websites!
The landing page design and copywriting matched the direct mail letter and emails sent out, so visitors knew what they were looking at when they followed the link to their personalized landing page. An application with pre-populated fields made it easy for 358 members to fill out an application. The result? “This was our best skip-a-pay promotion yet,” said Alexia Mavrakes of Aspire.
