COVID-19 Update: We Care for You & Our Employees

In light of the recent outbreak, we wanted to reach out with important information regarding our response to COVID-19. Please know that during this difficult time, we are working diligently at image.works to provide you with the service and solutions you have come to expect from us; we do not currently foresee any issues with completing, printing and delivering existing or future projects. Moreover, our business hours have not changed, and neither has our commitment to producing quality products when you need them most.

Based on recent inquiries, we know many of you are wondering: How are other clients communicating with audiences about COVID-19? In case it’s helpful in your planning, we thought we’d share some of the services clients are currently utilizing:

  • Emails
  • Copywriting services (press releases, announcements, blog articles, etc.)
  • Web graphics

If you have any questions about how we can help, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

And please know, too, that as we work to continue providing you with exceptional service, we are keeping our employees top of mind. Effective March 17, 2020, nearly all image.works employees will begin working remotely. For the few crucial team members who will remain in the office, we are implementing the following precautionary measures to help protect these individuals’ health and wellness:

  • Extra cleaning – Our cleaning staff works nightly and is taking additional steps to ensure the cleanliness of our office. Employees are also following additional cleaning and hand-washing guidelines.
  • Sanitizer – Hand sanitizer is being made available in common spaces, including the kitchen, conference room and front desk.
  • Personal space – Team members who remain in the office have been instructed to follow the six-foot spacing recommendation proposed by health officials, and meetings will be conducted virtually to prevent close contact. Furthermore, any employee in the office who feels ill (or who has a family member who feels ill), will be instructed to immediately begin working from home or take time off.

We will of course share any updates or changes as the days and weeks progress, so please keep your eyes out for additional information.

Thank you, as always, for being a valued client. We are proud to be your partner – and we are here for you.
