Suzanne Knowlton may have been new to San Mateo Credit Union in 2020, but she wasn’t new to image.works. She had already worked with the company through her previous position with another credit union and was excited to further the partnership for SMCU’s marketing campaigns.
Suzanne is SMCU’s vice president of marketing and community relations, and she’s utilized image.works for everything from a home-buyer guide and social media posts to press releases and email campaigns – and all matter in between. Whether her projects need to be turned around in two months or a matter of days, she knows she can count on image.works to deliver.
“Everyone (at image.works) has a can-do attitude, and the quality of their work is superb,” Suzanne says. “We’ve been able to bring more creative assets to our marketing quicker.”
Knowing image.works has her back has allowed her to focus on her true passion: promoting the value of credit unions in general and SMCU specifically. Suzanne has worked in credit unions since 2014 and is driven by the industry’s philosophy of “people helping people” – something that aligns with her personal values.
She came to SMCU from another California-area credit union when the opportunity to reunite with a previous colleague presented itself. She has only ever had good experiences working for credit unions, but said she especially appreciates her SMCU team.
“I am so proud and honored to be part of a team that truly values teamwork, respect and passion for helping members live a financially secure future to achieve their goals and dreams,” Suzanne says.
